SMS Terms
These terms govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Intermarq Agency LLC to the mobile number you provide.
Express consent
By checking the SMS consent box and submitting your phone number through our forms, you give your prior express written consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law, to receive text messages from Intermarq Agency LLC and its licensed agents at the mobile number you provide — including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice — regarding quote requests, insurance applications, policy servicing, and related account communications. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may still request a quote or purchase coverage by phone or through our website without agreeing to receive texts.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and may include multiple messages per week during an active quote or application. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Not all carriers are supported; we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or device.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to a text from us to withdraw your consent and stop receiving further text messages; we will send one final confirmation message and then cease texting you. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. Opting out of text messages does not affect our ability to contact you by phone or mail, and does not cancel or affect any active insurance policy or the communications necessary to service it.
How we use your number
We do not sell or rent your mobile number to third parties for their own marketing. We may use a third-party texting platform to send and deliver these messages on our behalf, under contract and solely for that purpose; message data is otherwise handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of our texting program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
